This was a turning point in her life when she decided to follow a childhood passion for drawing and to emerge herself into art. Since then, she has taught herself to paint and sculpt, learning about different materials and integrating it into her work.

Through her engagement with a variety of elements and references from pop culture, Ciane explores the boundaries of today's society, touching upon globalization and the distractions of the millennial era. The characters in her works serve as an exploration of the human soul, symbolizing power, fragility, vulnerability and eternity but retaining a sense of vagueness to encourage a dialogue and question the viewer.
